 Solstice Properties, LLC (also referred to as the “Company”) is a residential property investment and rental company offering tenants in Metro Detroit and its surrounding areas affordable housing since 2013. The Company specializes in the purchase of distressed and abandoned homes with the purpose to rehabilitate and rent to low-income individuals and families at an affordable rate, which in turn, helps to revitalize neighborhoods.

Based in Pontiac, Michigan, the Company owns 59 residential rental properties with 69 units spread across Pontiac, Southfields, Inkster, Hazel Park, and Detroit. The Company’s rental asset portfolio primarily consists of single-family residential dwellings but also includes a few duplexes and at least two four-unit buildings.

The Company self manages all of its rental units and is involved in rent collection, repairs, and tenant relations. It is also approved accommodation provider with local and state housing corporations providing options for people who access assistance.
